Owners will be permitted to participate in meetings remotely, for example by telephone, video-link or internet, if the articles or by-laws provide for this or the secretary of the corporation agrees with an owner’s written request for this.

Western Australia
The current Strata Titles Act 1985 in WA does not permit Online Voting.
The WA State Government has given Landgate responsibility for delivering strata reforms to Western Australia. The draft bill allows for electronic voting, voting and record keeping.
