Feature Summary
Add Committee Member meetings to Online Voting via the Strata Portals
Strata Master has been updated to allow online Pre-Meeting Voting via the Committee Portal. Strata Managers will now be able to send voting invitations to Committee Members for the Committee
Meeting, Executive Committee Meeting and Management Committee Meeting types. Committee members will then be able to log in to their portal and submit votes as an Owner would for an Annual General Meeting.
Give Non Lot Owner Committee Members access to reports/documents
Strata Managers will now have the ability to allow full portal access to their Non-Lot Owner Committee Members. These Committee Members will now be able to view all reports and documents that a Lot Owner Committee Member is able to.
Levy Improvements
Users will now be able to configure levy descriptions that can be selected from a drop-down menu when striking levies. Users will also be able to tick a checkbox that adds instalment date ranges to each levy description.
New annual reporting for strata schemes in NSW
Strata Master has been updated to allow simplified reporting to meet the needs of the NSW Strata Hub reporting requirements. Users will be able to input Strata Hub required information into a new form, and then use an API to send this information directly to the Strata Hub for any Owners Corporations.

Separate Committee Email Address
A new ‘Committee Email Address’ field has been added to the lot owner contact card for lots that are also committee members. When an email address is saved into this field, all committee correspondence will be sent to this address instead of the lot owner’s email address.
Strata Master Document Register | New Levy Folder
A new Levies folder has been added to the Strata Master Document Register. Levies saved from Strata Master will now be saved into this new Levies folder and will sync to MRI Strata Connect.
Additional Contacts Option in Bulk messaging
A new checkbox has been added to the Bulk Messaging screen to ‘Exclude Additional Contacts’. Selecting this checkbox will deselect all additional contacts within the bulk emailing screen.
Option to exclude duplicate contacts from SMS
An option has been added to exclude duplicate contacts when sending bulk SMS.
Debt Recovery Notices | Update ‘Date’ to ‘Due Date’
Debt Recovery Notices for Victoria have had a minor update to say ' due date' instead of ‘date’ within the date column header.
Adjust quorum calculation for NSW association types
The Meeting Attendance Register and Voting Register have been updated to reflect a new Quorum calculation for NSW Strata Plans, Neighbourhood Associations, Precinct Associations and Community Associations.
Database Access Error | Budget Maintenance Screen
The budget maintenance screen has had a performance update to increase the loading speed and reduce error messages when loading substantial data sets.
Allow Opening Balances screen to maximise to full screen
The opening balances screen has been updated to allow a full-screen view of the grid section.
Allow Full screen for Submetering
The Submetering screen found in the Corporation Screen and the Submeter Invoicing screen have both been updated to allow a full-screen view of the Submeter grid.
Community Land Management Act | Terminology on reports updated
Reports generated under a Community Association, Precinct Association or Neighbourhood Association Type will now display Capital Works terminology rather than Sinking Fund.
Debt Recovery | Interest Calculated to 30/12/1899
The 'calculate interest to' field within the Issue Debt Recovery screen has been updated to provide a prompt when a date is entered in the past. This field will also no longer allow a blank date to be entered.
Payment of Bulk Bpay files using the MBL MBO platform
Macquarie Bpay files will now generate in a .txt format to cater to the new MBO platform requirements.
What we fixed
Levy Notice Template - MBL Direct Debit Messaging
An issue was identified where a direct debit note was included on levy notices for lot owners who were not registered for Direct Debit. This issue has been resolved.
Levy Notice PSS disclosure
A minor change has been made to the positioning of the PSS disclosure message on levy notices.
Online Invoice Approvals | Invoice not clearing
An issue was identified where certain invoices could not be cleared from the Owner Portal. This issue has been resolved.
Insurance Commission merge field on meeting agenda
An issue was identified where Insurance Commissions were being displayed for inactive insurance policies. This issue has been resolved.
Outsourced Printing of Levy Notices | XML file
An issue was identified where XML files used for Outsourced Printing had duplicated entries included within the XML File. This issue has been resolved.
Debt Recovery | Error 3633 Query timeout expired
Some users experienced an issue where Debt Recovery presented an error under certain circumstances. This issue has been resolved.
Direct Debit Processing error
Some users encountered an error when processing direct debit requests. This issue has been resolved.
Strata master quits while trying to issue a debt recovery notice
Some users encountered an error when sending debt recovery notices. This issue has been resolved
Strata Master SMTP emails not sending BCC email
Some users encountered an error when sending emails through SMTP whereby they were not seeing a BCC email. This issue has been resolved.
WA Levy Template | Mailing Payment Slip DEFT Payment Details
The WA DEFT payment slip mailing details have been updated to reflect the correct address.
Section 184 | Building Manager
Building Manager merge fields have been added to the S184 template to provide an update on the previously used Caretaker merge fields.
WA Quorum - Special Resolution incorrect
The Meeting Attendance Register and Voting Register have been updated for WA plans to reflect the Special Resolutions calculation.
