Macquarie Bank Levy Notice Slip Update

As Macquarie Bank no longer supports credit or debit card payments, the credit card payment option has been removed from the MBL levy notice slip.

Macquarie Bank – PayID Transaction Processing

Payments made via PayID can now be processed from the Macquarie Bank download file.

Debt Recovery – Second Page Arrears Notice

An 'include second page arrears table' option is now available for all regions and all stages of debt recovery under Configure > Debt Recovery, allowing a complete list of outstanding payments to be automatically included for each debt recovery recipient.

MBL Levy Notice Slip

The agency name now displays correctly above the DEFT reference number heading without overlapping.

Duplication of VCAT Notice

Under certain circumstances, the VCAT notice was being duplicated when sent to additional contacts. This has been resolved.

Company Nominees on Strata Roll

Under certain circumstances, company nominees were not displaying correctly on the Strata Roll after a change of ownership. This has been resolved.

Salutation Merge Field on Levy Notice Email Template

The 'Salutation' merge field has been adjusted to use the 'Business' field when no 'Contact Name' is listed for business contacts.
