How to Relocate a File Smart Server
Overview
A File Smart Server relocation is performed by MRI Software's Professional Services team. This will incur a one off fee and must be scheduled according to availability, please email ps.rockendprojects@mrisoftware.com to discuss your relocation.
The following information will help you prepare for your relocation
- Ensure the new server meets the system requirements: System Requirements - File Smart
- Rest Professional or Strata Master can be relocated by MRI Software, or by your IT Provider
