Status Certificates for NSW

The Section 174 and 184 Certificate templates have been updated to reflect the new approved format set by the NSW government.

Non Duplex printing errors

Adjustments have been made to Strata Master's non duplex printing configuration to support sending attachments to non-duplex printers like Bing Mailroom. Levy notices can now be printed with VCAT or Financial hardship statement to non duplex printers and saved to Document management system.

BPAY wording on notices

Updated BPAY wording on levy notices, debt recovery notices and owner invoices so BPAY details now include the required ®Registered to BPAY Pty Ltd ABN XX XXX XXX XXX" on both email and print stationery for MBL levy notice slips and NAB Transact 2 levy notice slips.

Levy notice charging

Fixed levy notice billing so that printing levy notices with VCAT now charges as a single item matching other notice types for both duplex and non-duplex printing.

Emailed Levy notices with .rtf attachment are billed as single item.

Support site updated

Updated the Strata Master Help menu so "Log a Support Call" now opens the new MYMRI support portal.
