Tenant GST Exempt setting in REST Professional Version 15.5 and fileSMART Version 7.6.1

REST Professional Version 15.5 and fileSMART Version 7.6.1 offer the ability to change the GST Exempt setting in fileSMART Owner and Tenant Invoicing Workflow.

Prerequisites

REST Professional Version 15.5 and fileSMART Version 7.6.1 must be installed.

Changes to Screens

• The GST exempt checkbox on the Tenant tab in fileSMART Owner and Tenant Invoicing Workflow will be active and can be selected or deselected prior to workflow approval.

Overview

• After upgrading, existing Tenant Water Invoices will continue to use the default GST Exempt settings from REST when processed in fileSMART Tenant Invoices in REST Professional. The setting can be changed by viewing and saving the water invoice before processing.

• Water Invoices processed in fileSMART Owner and Tenant Invoicing Workflow after upgrading will display the GST Exempt settings and amounts specified when loaded in fileSMART Tenant Invoices in REST Professional.
