1. Invoice Creditor Name Search Enhancements

Role types affected: Organisation Admin, Strata Manager, Building Manager 

If there are multiple creditors with the same ABN or GST Number on the Organisation's Strata Master Database, Internal Approvers can search for the Creditor's name from the Strata Master Creditor Name field.

They can search for the name or they can simply click in the dropdown to select the creditor.  

This will automatically populate all the payment information under Creditor Details based on what's saved in Strata Master.


2. Customise Features by Role Types

Role types affected: Organisation Admin, Strata Manager, Building Manager, Strata Members, Building Inspectors 

Organisation Admins are able to customise what features that users connected to the Organisation have access to. 

Organisation Admins can simply pick and choose available features that will be visible to their stakeholders from the Settings page and customise permissions for each role type.

Global Settings

To select the default features that apply to all buildings, go to the Settings page and select 'Features - External'.

Keep the checkboxes selected if the features should be available and clear the checkboxes if that user type should not have access to the features. 

Once done, click Update. 

These settings will now apply to all buildings by default.

Customise Per Plan

Organisation Admins are able to customise what features their users will have access to per Plan Number on the Permissions page. 

Access the Permissions page by clicking the dropdown next to the user avatar and clicking 'Permissions'.

They can filter by Plan Number, the Plan/Building Status, and Features. 


To edit permissions for an individual building, click the three dots on the right of the row and select 'Edit Permissions'.

 

Click any check box to allow permission or clear any check box to deny permission.


Verify that the permissions are correct then click 'Save'.

Alternatively, permissions can be updated in bulk by clicking the checkboxes to the left of each of the plan numbers and then selecting 'Bulk Update'.

 

3. Work Order Emails to Invited & Imported Service Providers

Role types affected: Organisation Admin, Strata Manager, Building Manager, Service Provider

When a Strata Manager assigns Work & Quote Requests to Service Providers that are still in the Invited or Imported statuses, the Work Order emails will now be sent to the R&M email from the Strata Master database of the Organisation. 

If there's no Email for R&M in the organisation's Strata Master database, the work order will go to the invite email on file in the portal.

If the Service Provider is Active, the Work Order emails go to the email nominated by the Service Provider when they activate their account. 


4. Hold Sort Choice in the Document Management System

Role types affected: Support Manager, Organisation Admin, Strata Manager, Building Manager, Strata Member, Building Inspector

Users can sort Invoices and Documents in a preferred order by clicking the column heading in List View. 

Once the Invoices and Documents are sorted, the preference will be remembered if a file is opened and then the List View is returned to.


5. Time and Charges Integration

Role types affected: Organisation Admin, Strata Manager

Organisation Admins can set charges for all events of the Organisation, whether they are Premium Events, System Events, or Custom Events. They can also create, store, report, and track events on the Time and Charges page.

Once Time & Charges has been activated, users can now assign a Strata Master Fee Code to their events. 

For Work & Quote Requests, the Strata Master Fee Code may come across from Strata Master if it has been set up. Alternatively, users can manually edit the Fee Code on specific events. To do this, click the 3 dots on the right and click 'Edit'.

Events are automatically recorded in Strata Master to streamline accounting processes when charging client management fees. 

Maintenance Requests and Time Based events will be added to the Diary in Strata Master. 

Quantity Based events will appear under Charge Quantity Management Fees. 


6. Tenant Admin Access & Functionality

Role types affected: Administrator, Tenant Admin

Tenant Admins can now log in and create new organisations, manage their details, change the look and feel of the organisation's default branding, and manage users under them. 

Administrator users will be able to create new Tenants and send Tenant Admins an invitation to activate their account and log in. 


7. Corrected Issues

Document Management System

Users were unable to download or view TIF files due to a “Failed to download error”. The Download button was not available. The issue has now been resolved.


Invoice Processing 

Invoice Extraction extracted the same invoice multiple times as the file name matched other attached invoices. The issue has now been resolved.

The 'below external minimum' warning was not obvious enough. It is now in red text.

The ‘Pass Back to User’ function was not working. The issue has now been resolved


Contractors

Users were getting an error when sending invitations to some contractors. The issue has now been resolved.


Invitations

Organisation Admin & Strata Manager invitations didn't include the correct subject line. The issue has now been resolved.
