How to Transfer Money from One Fund to Another

  1. Select Accounting > Adjustments > Transfer Money between Funds.

Owners Corporation Selector 

 Select the Owners Corporation

Transfer option  

Select required transfer option

Date

Enter date for transfer (note: end of financial period should be taken into account)

Amount

Amount to be transferred

Description  

A default description is shown, overwrite if desired

  1. Select Save to record the transfer.

This will result in an Expense entry against the source fund and a Revenue item against the destination fund.
